InboxAI — Outlook Add-in

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InboxAI Outlook add-in and any related services ("InboxAI", "the Service"), provided by InboxAI ("we", "us"). InboxAI is a trading name of Gül Yüce. By installing or using InboxAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use InboxAI. A licence key may be activated on up to the number of devices stated at the time of purchase.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Service or your licence key; reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent licensing or usage controls; or use the Service to build a competing product.
InboxAI uses artificial intelligence models to produce summaries, replies, translations and analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it. InboxAI does not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and output must not be treated as such.
InboxAI can process email through local AI running on your own machine (Ollama), through InboxAI Cloud, or through a third-party provider using an API key you supply (Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral). Where a third-party provider is used, your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and any fees it charges are your responsibility. We are not liable for the availability, output, pricing or data practices of third-party providers.
InboxAI is offered as an annual licence covering the add-in itself (local AI and your own provider API keys), and as a monthly subscription that additionally includes InboxAI Cloud. Prices are those shown at the time of purchase and include or exclude tax as indicated. Licences issued before August 2026 as one-time purchases do not expire and require no renewal.
Both plans renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. When a licence lapses, access to the Service ends — the add-in will require a valid licence to continue operating. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for you.
If the Service does not work for you, contact support@ex-tr-ap.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.
InboxAI Cloud is intended for ordinary individual use. We may apply reasonable usage limits, and may throttle or suspend accounts whose usage is automated, resold, or substantially in excess of normal individual use. We will contact you before suspending a paid account except where necessary to protect the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add or remove features, and may discontinue the Service. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the add-in from Outlook. Sections 3, 10, 11 and 15 survive termination.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and where the change affects a paid plan we will give reasonable notice before it applies to you. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in Türkiye, you may also bring a dispute before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If you are a consumer resident outside Türkiye, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence.

InboxAI is a trading name of Gül Yüce. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and reseller for all purchases, and handles order-related enquiries and returns.
